Path
Rami Nuhiji runs the acquisitions side of Heinzmann Partners — the mandates where speed, price discipline and a direct line to the developer make the difference between a good and a great transaction. Since joining in 2019 he has personally built relationships with every meaningful Tier-1 developer in Dubai: Emaar, Sobha, Damac, Meraas, Nakheel and Select Group.
His path is atypical — and that is exactly what makes him effective. Before Heinzmann Partners, Rami spent five years as a Senior Sales Manager inside Emaar Properties itself, owning international clientele across Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek Harbour. He knows pricing from the inside — what a developer can actually negotiate, where the structural margins sit and how a sales office reads a buyer.
Today he translates that insider view into a legally sound, RERA-compliant process for his clients: depth of due diligence, escrow verification, NOC coordination and — where needed — structural escalation to the developer board. His focus is off-plan allocations for first-time buyers and resale mandates in the EUR 1.5M to 8M range.
Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University in Dubai (2014); RERA broker certification first issued 2019, renewed 2024. Speaks Arabic (native), German (full professional), English (full professional) and French (conversational). Rami was born in Beirut, grew up in Dubai and lives with his family in Downtown Dubai.
