Rami Nuhiji runs the acquisitions side of Heinzmann Partners — the mandates where speed, price discipline and a direct line to the developer make the difference between a good and a great transaction. He personally owns the relationships with the meaningful Tier-1 developers in Dubai.
His standard: a legally sound, RERA-compliant process for every client — depth of due diligence, escrow verification, NOC coordination and, where needed, structural escalation to the developer board.
Rami works closely with Robert on the seam between acquisition and investor relations — making sure what is promised in the sales office is what ends up in the DLD file.
A great off-plan purchase is not made in the sales office. It is made when you know what the developer behind the sales office can actually negotiate.
