What is the Golden Visa?

The UAE Golden Visa is a long-term residency permit (5 or 10 years) that applies without the hassle of renewal. It grants holders extensive mobility and residency rights in the Emirates.

Requirements for Real Estate Investors

Property buyers can apply for the 10-year Golden Visa if:

• The property value is at least AED 2 million (approx. EUR 500,000)
• The property is fully paid (no mortgage balance exceeding 50%)
• The property is registered in the buyer's name
